Jürgen Klopp’s Liverpool have won the Champions League after beating Tottenham 2-0 in Madrid on Saturday night.
An early converted penalty set the tone for the game at a balmy Wanda Metropolitano when Moussa Sissoko handled the ball in the box after just two minutes.
Despite Spurs controlling much of the subsequent possession, they were unable to score in what turned out to be quite a boring game.
Both teams looked a little rusty after three weeks off and an underwhelming, perhaps unfit, Harry Kane started up front for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Substitute Divock Origi netted late on to seal the inevitable result.

Unlucky for Spurs. They were definitely the better team for the first 25 seconds.

Wenger had the chance to sign Sissoko but he let him join Tottenham so that he could concede a penalty in the Champions league final.
Arsene Wenger has done it again.

The best pass of that first-half was the one Harry Winks made at the barely-dressed female pitch invader.

You'd expect Tottenham to bring Harry Kane on in the second half if he's as fit as reports suggest.
