VIDEO: Sven-Göran Eriksson interview repeatedly interrupted by Lembit Öpik calling

Former Lib Dem MP very keen to get hold of ex-England boss.

An interview with Sven Goran-Eriksson on @SkyNews keeps getting interrupted with a picture of Lempit Opik trying to ring him and I am COMPLETELY LOSING IT pic.twitter.com/XNdcq6IFmK

A Sven-Göran Eriksson interview with Sky News was repeatedly interrupted by calls from former Liberal Democrats MP Lembit Öpik trying to reach him.

With the European Championships about to start, the Swede was talking to Kay Burley about his memories of managing England between 2001 and 2006.

However, his recollections were punctuated on a number of occasions by the appearance onscreen of the face of the former Lib Dem member for Montgomeryshire.

Öpik is a supporter of Leicester City, whom Eriksson briefly went on to manage a few years after leaving the English national team post.

Also the way @KayBurley wrapped the interview. Hilarious.

(Apols for typo above: it is of course Lembit) pic.twitter.com/0dP0Kvt8Du
