Women’s World Cup winner Megan Rapinoe appeared to ignore a young fan while signing a ball for him at the ESPY Awards in Los Angeles.

Sitting in the front row at the ceremony, she is approached by a young boy who hands her a football for her to add her signature to.

Rapinoe, who also won the Golden Boot at the tournament in France, duly obliges but doesn’t look at the boy as she answers a call from someone to her right.

Shortly afterwards her gaze is attracted leftwards by the announcer counting down to the beginning of the awards do, and by this time she has finished signing the ball.

Seriously though she doesn’t even look at the young kid ! At least the Lionesses have class and I’m sure none of the players would have acted like this !
