In an apparent effort to protest against the working conditions in Qatar, where the 2022 World Cup is due to be held, see the FEMEN feminists storm Markus Lanz and repetitively scream “boycott the FIFA mafia” on the German football talk show.

Shown on public-service broadcaster Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen, or ZDF, in this clip you can see everyone having a nice relaxed chat about the beautiful game when suddenly 2 topless protesters, with football-themed paint covering their breasts, invade the stage and disrupt the TV programme.

The FEMEN activists proceed to stand in the middle of the guests and enthusiastically shout “boycott the FIFA mafia”, over and over, while everyone just watches them do it.

Eventually they are very gently removed from the stage and the broadcast can continue.
