Former Arsenal captain Tony Adams attempted an outside-of-the-boot free kick while appearing on Soccer AM and blasted it straight into a crew member’s head.

And so he proved on Sky Sports’s flagship Saturday morning show when he tried a Roberto Carlos-style effort on goal.

During his nineteen seasons with Arsenal, Adams won four league titles, three FA Cups, two League Cups and a European Cup Winners’ Cup.
