A Portsmouth supporter played his guitar while the music on the TV continued through the early stages of the second-half in their FA Cup tie against King’s Lynn Town.

League One promotion hopefuls Portsmouth beat National League side King’s Lynn Town 5-1 at Fratton Park in the second round of the FA Cup on Saturday.

A technical error by the BBC, on which the game was being shown live, led to the music being played at half-time still broadcast to viewers after the second-half had kicked off.

Many commented on the sound issue via social media, while one Portsmouth fan took it upon himself to whip his guitar out and provide an accompaniment.
