Macedonian Tomislav Pačovski cemented his place in the history books yesterday by only emerging onto the pitch for the 2nd-half of the game after play had begun without him.

In a bizarre start to the second half of the World Cup qualifier between Macedonia and Scotland, French referee Fredy Fautrel has to stop play after the home goalkeeper Tomislav Pacovski misses the re-start.

After a thumbs-up and a grin from referee Fautrel, play was finally able to be resumed.
