Wheels around in circles.

A pet dog named Frank celebrated Marcus Rashford’s penalty for England against Holland by wheeling around in circles after he scored.

Twitter user Olivia Nassau shared a clip of Frank watching the television intently while the Man Utd forward prepared to take a spot kick in Thursday’s Nations League semi-final.

Rashford then converted from twelve yards out, putting Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions 1-0 up at the Estádio D. Afonso Henriques in Portugal.

Frank responds by running in celebratory loops, perhaps responding to the joy of the humans in the room.

Unfortunately for England, Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt equalised late on before the Netherlands went on to win 3-1 after extra time.

They will play the Portuguese in Sunday’s final at the Estádio do Dragão.
