Hertha Berlin have suspended forward Salomon Kalou after he posted this video of himself breaking social distancing rules with team-mates and colleagues.
The Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga have been working towards a May restart but this footage of former Chelsea man Kalou flaunting safety measures at the Olympiastadion may disrupt proceedings.
In its statement on the matter, the German club said:
With this video taken inside the team’s dressing room, Kalou broke clear internal rules and displayed a behaviour which is neither appropriate for this current situation nor reflective of the code of conduct of Hertha BSC.
The club has therefore made the decision to suspend the player in question from training and matches with immediate effect.
