ITV commentator Clive Tyldesley kept himself sharp during football’s coronavirus break by commentating on his wife cooking a lasagna at home.
Speaking to camera at the beginning of the clip, the 65-year-old explains:
It is very important at this difficult time to stay in the rhythm of commentary, so welcome to our kitchen and live coverage of our supper preparation
He then goes on to describe the ensuing stages in his unmistakable voice, at one point spoofing VAR by holding a stockpiling inquest.
His wife claims they do in fact need all the onions he’s drawn attention to, and he says:
