Aston Villa substitute Jonathan Kodjia pointed West Brom’s Chris Brunt down the tunnel after he was sent off in Tuesday night’s match.
Kodija made it onto the pitch as a second-half substitute for Anwar El Ghazi during extra time of the Championship playoffs semi-final game at the Hawthorns.

But he’d already made his presence known with an outlandish gesture to Brunt after he was shown the red card ten minutes from the end of normal time.
As the Northern Ireland international trudged off, Kodija raised both arms in a Usain Bolt-style pose as if indicating where to go.

West Brom won 1-0 on the night thanks to Craig Dawson’s goal but the tie went to a penalty shootout as the scores were level on aggregate.
Dean Smith’s Villa then emerged triumphant on spot kicks to set up a Wembley date with Derby or Leeds.
