Travelling Chelsea fans held aloft a giant flag for their trip to Bournemouth, apparently without realising that it was upside-down.
The supporters’ gaffe seemed to herald a rotten night for their team as they succumbed to a 4-0 drubbing in Wednesday’s match at Dean Court.
It looks as if the banner is supposed to say “Chelsea here”, although it’s not entirely clear if this is the case or not.

Josh King’s double and goals apiece for David Brooks and Charlie Daniels ensured a result that ramped up the pressure on manager Maurizio Sarri.
After going unbeaten for his first twelve Premier League games in charge of the Blues, they have since lost five in the same number of fixtures again.
They currently lie level on points with Arsenal in the battle for the fourth Champions League place, seven points behind Tottenham Hotspur.
