A Manchester United fan lost a tooth while celebrating Marcus Rashford’s match-winning goal in the stands at the Etihad in the first-half of their clash with Manchester City on Sunday.

The supporter grinned for the camera after his presumed over-exuberance following the 18-year-old’s 16th minute strike, which turned out to be the only goal of the game in United’s 0-1 win.

The away end were delighted as Rashford netted in style after going through a poor Martín Demichelis and applying a cool finish past Joe Hart before the goalkeeper was later injured.

And the man in the photograph, only referred to as “this lad”, is said to have lost one of his incisors in the process, displaying it proudly for all those on social media to see.
