A 4-0 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday meant Crystal Palace have now lost all seven of their Premier League games so far this season and are yet to score a single goal.
Replacing the dismissed Frank de Boer with former England manager Roy Hodgson appears to have had little effect on the team’s fortunes as they slumped to a third successive loss since his arrival.
Crystal Palace are the first team ever in the history of the Football League to lose their opening seven games without scoring.
