See a group of beer-drinking, flat-cap wearing Barnsley fans rowing on the pavement of Wembley Way, singing ‘You only sing when you’re rowing’ to passing Oxford supporters before the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final between the two sides.

A hot topic in Oxford after Cambridge managed to claim their first win in the men’s Boat Race since 2012 in this year’s competition, Barnsley made the most of the city’s association with the sport.

A lengthy line of Barnsley fans rowing commit heroically to the bit some Oxford United supporters attempt to drown the sound of their chanting out in sunny London on Sunday.

Sufficiently inspired, the Tykes went on to lift the trophy, winning a thrilling encounter at the famous stadium 3-2.
