Ex-manager of Granada Tony Adams and his family have poked fun at his tactical instructions during a training session in Spain that went viral.

Adams was appointed coach of the La Liga side towards the end of the 2016/17 season, lost all seven games in charge before getting the sack and the team were relegated.

At the time, the former Arsenal captain was videoed waving about and then running backwards and forwards on the training ground in front of a squad of bemused Granada players.

Currently still on lockdown in the Cotswolds, nine members of the Adams family unit had a go at mimicking his famous moves in a clip shared on Instagram.
