A Manchester City fan scared a shopper into dropping a load of stationary by pretending he was about to thump a ball at him.

Wearing full City kit, he rolls the ball to the end of a busy aisle at a shopping mall and shapes up for a powerful shot.

The person nearest to him is so startled by this that he ends up spilling a bunch of folders and other school items.

As he proceeds to pick up the goods he dropped, the camera zooms in on him.
