Sudan manager Hubert Velud hit the turf when an assistant referee gave him a shove during an Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match in Ghana.
Two goals from captain André Ayew gave the Ghanaians a 2-0 win at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium in Thursday’s Group C game.

And there was a noteworthy kerfuffle late in the first half as the Sudanese side’s boss squared up to a linesman.
The contact looked to be light, but French former goalkeeper Velud fell over exaggeratedly and even rolled over before looking up accusingly.
Ghana lie top of the group with three wins out of three, with Sudan in third place.
