Watch Steven Gerrard’s frosty reaction to an odd Neil Warnock joke about Liverpool not having any windows, cracked in the BT Sport studio at Home Park following the club’s FA Cup third round replay tie with Plymouth on Wednesday night.

Commenting on the cold weather outside, presenter Jake Humphrey apologised for the fact it was comparatively chilly inside.

After fellow former player Steve McManaman proudly announced that the temperature didn’t bother him because “I’m from Liverpool”, Warnock took a cheap shot at the city:

Warnock’s joke about Liverpool had himself in stitches but was met with stony silence and a disapproving look from Gerrard.
