La Liga back underway.

Sevilla players celebrated in front of an empty stand after beating Real Betis 2-0 in the Seville derby as La Liga got back underway on Thursday.

Spain’s top flight division had been on hold for three months amid the coronavirus outbreak, but it has now resumed with behind-closed-doors matches.

Second-half goals from Lucas Ocampos and Fernando secured the win for Julen Lopetegui’s side, who are 3rd in the table behind Barcelona and Real Madrid.

And they celebrated the victory by rushing over to one of the empty stands at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium and enacting joyous scenes as if the fans were there with them.
