Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi tried to avoid shaking Hatem Ben Arfa’s hand after Saturday’s French Cup final defeat to Rennes.
Al-Khelaifi was instrumental in forcing Ben Arfa to train away from the first team during his spell at PSG last season.

Now at Rennes, revenge was sweet for the former Newcastle United winger as he scored in a 6-5 penalty shootout victory following a 2-2 draw at the Stade de France.
While going up to receive his medal, Ben Arfa stopped in front of Al-Khelaifi and offered his hand while the Qatari businessman tried to ignore him.

Ben Arfa perseveres and eventually secures a reluctant hand-shake and a no-doubt terse exchange of words.
Rennes fought back from going two goals down after just 21 minutes, with Ben Arfa later quipping that PSG were used to such comebacks.
This was likely in reference to their dramatic Champions League exit at the hands of Manchester United.
