There was a pitch invader at Colorado Rapids when their MLS game with New England Revolution was interrupted by a thunderstorm.
Play at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park was stopped while rain poured down and lightning strikes appeared dangerously close to the ground.

One fan made the most of the game’s pause by running onto the pitch and leading the stewards on a chase in the inclement weather.
Several security staff were forced to follow the supporter as the crowd cheered him on.
