See the new Patrick Stewart FIFA 14 trailer, featuring the emotional voice of the English star of stage, television and film.

Everyone is getting excited about the upcoming arrival of the latest instalment in the FIFA series.

With the new version of the institutional PS3/Xbox/PC title now available to pre-order, a gameplay trailer has been released accompanied by the Shakespearean tones of Sir Patrick Stewart.

Explosive shots of the game are shown while a moving script that will bring tears to your eyes is read out.

EA Sports say:

The FIFA 14 demo is available on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC from September 10th. The full version will be released on September 24th in North America and September 27th in Europe.

Gamescom by Microsoft have recently confirmed that those who pre-order the Xbox One before Christmas will receive a free copy of the game.

Fifa 14 for the Xbox One will also come with an “ultimate team of legendary footballers” pack, including delights such as Pelé, Patrick Viera, Freddie Ljungberg, Ruud Gullit and Gary Linekar.
