There was a marriage proposal on the pitch at half-time of Club Tijuana’s Liga MX clash with Atlas on Friday night.
The crowd watched and the announcer commentated as a fan got down on one knee to propose to his partner at the Estadio Caliente.

The Mexican team’s ‘Xoloitzcuintle’ dog mascot was also in keen attendance, providing expressive gestures throughout.
She said “yes” and the couple became engaged as the hosts strolled to a 3-1 victory over their mid-table opponents, who were reduced to ten men in the second half.
