Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish attempted to deceive the photographers waiting for him outside Birmingham Magistrates’ Court by having someone else drive his car up to them as he attempted to nip in unnoticed.
The England international had previously admitted two counts of careless driving and, on Tuesday, was banned from driving and fined more than £80k for the motoring offences.

Grealish arrived at court on foot while someone else driving his car temporarily distracted the media’s attention before getting out of the vehicle and giving out boxes of Cadbury’s Milk Tray chocolate.
His lawyer, John Dye, told the court:
Not just because reputationally this is problematic for him but he is genuinely sorry.
