A fan of Mexican side Club América has had a large tattoo of the club’s badge done on his cheek.

Tattooist Mel Saltillo shared photos and a video of the crest on his Facebook page, freshly finished and taking up a decent proportion of the loyal supporter’s face, before the story was taken up by national publications.

Although the team is based in Mexico City, the permanent inking is said to have been completed in the state of Coahuila.

With just two matches played, the tattooed man is just in time for the new Liga MX season and is unlikely to be derailed by the side losing their opening game.
