A police dog dragged an officer over a wall in its haste to attack another dog as trouble flared up between Bristol City and Swansea fans on Saturday.
As supporters squared up in a park, a policeman with a dog came bounding over the wall in order to intervene.
However, the pooch spies another canine and goes hurtling off in pursuit, pulling the hapless policeman haphazardly over the wall in the process.
You can hear someone in the background saying “oh s**t” as it becomes apparent that a different sort of confrontation is imminent.
In a statement, Avon and Somerset Police condemned what they saw to be Swansea fans coming down intent on causing trouble.
The match itself saw Bristol City run out 2-0 winners at Ashton Gate thanks to goals from Andreas Weimann and Callum O’Dowda.
