Chinese West Ham fans sang club anthem “I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles” as they played Newcastle United in Shanghai on Sunday.

Their beloved Irons were taking on Steve Bruce’s Magpies in the third-place play-off of the Premier League Asia trophy at the Hongkou Football Stadium.

Amazing, they could have supported Man City..

Although they saw Manuel Pellegrini’s side lose 1-0 to Yoshinori Muto’s goal in the 34th minute, they cheered on their boys with a faithful rendition of the appropriated Tin Pan Alley waltz.

Wolverhampton Wanderers were the eventual winners of the pre-season competition, beating Manchester City on penalties in the final.
