Watch Spurs loanee Benoît Assou-Ekotto skydiving in Miami after taking a holiday in the States during the international break.
The defender, currently playing in the Championship on loan to Harry Redknapp’s Queens Park Rangers, uploaded the exhilarating video to his Instagram account.
Cameroon secured their path to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil on Sunday with a 1-0 win against Libya and claimed the 10th and final place in Africa’s final qualifying round.
After being left out of the Cameroon squad for the crucial game, Assou-Ekotto appears to have headed for Miami, although there is speculation that this clip may have been recorded before the start of the season.
The 29-year-old, obviously not concerned about any possible insurance complications related to his participation in the adventure sport, posted the video alongside a caption of:
Miiiiiiiiissss miami !!!!
Assou-Ekotto is seen falling from a plane with a skydiving instructor strapped to his back.
The Tottenham Hotspur player gestures towards the camera and hurtles back down towards earth accompanied by an energetic musical back-drop added in post-production.
