Watch as Audax Italiano player Sebastián Pol jumps into the crowd to attack a rival fan shortly following the final whistle following a Chilean Primera División clash at CD Universidad Católica on Saturday.
The Argentinian striker is sensationally seen perched on top of the railings at the front of one of the stands at the Estadio San Carlos de Apoquindo before appearing to aim a kick at one of the home supporters after a 4-1 defeat for his side.
The victim of his attack, Cristobal Aztorquiza said afterwards:
He kicked me in the face.
He climbed onto the railings and attacked me.
I’m going to file a formal complaint.
A smiling Pol was later arrested by police in the changing rooms and escorted from the stadium:
The 28-year-old could reportedly face up to two years in prison for his actions, if convicted under a law designed to eradicate stadium violence in the South American country.
