A sign reading ‘toilets’ was spotted pointing to a row of buckets at Hull City as they took on AFC Wimbledon in League One on Tuesday night.
Keane Lewis-Potter’s goal deep into first half added time was enough for the Tigers to claim a 1-0 win at the KC Stadium that sees them top of the table.

But it was potties rather than Potter that came to mind for eagle-eyed viewers who noticed the unappetising makeshift setup for anyone who needed the loo.
With any luck it was just an unfortunate juxtaposition rather than a genuine instruction to use the buckets for such a purpose.
