See a player booked for a marriage proposal after scoring with a bicycle kick during a Budweiser Soccer League Premier Division game on the tiny Pacific island of Guam.

NAPA Rovers striker Ashton Surber celebrated his acrobatic 35th minute goal in their first game back since the holiday break by running over to face where his girlfriend (now fiance) was in the crowd and taking off his shirt to reveal a t-shirt underneath bearing the words, ‘Marry me?’

The unromantic referee stands behind the player brandishing a yellow card, before Surber gets down on one knee as the official notes down his name and number.

Surber’s goal for the division champions in their 5-1 win over the previously undefeated Guam Shipyard team puts him top of the scoring charts.
