This is not the Spurs fan's phone that a fellow supporter photographed him trading saucy messages on during the 2-0 win over Crystal Palace at their new stadium

A Tottenham Hotspur fan took a picture of a fellow supporter exchanging saucy text messages at Wednesday night’s 2-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Goals from Son Heung-min and Christian Eriksen gave Spurs a winning start to life at their new stadium and kept them in the race for a top-four finish.

His lack of grammar should be offputting to any prospective partner.

But one person in the stands found himself distracted by something happening altogether closer than the action on the pitch.

He spotted someone in front of him sending and receiving sexually explicit messages, as you can clearly see on this photo of the phone screen.

It isn’t clear from the tweet just how much of the game the man spent embroiled in flirtatious exchanges.
