A Newcastle United shirt has been thrown over Jamie Vardy’s wall and into the back garden of his home in an apparent attempt to convince this season’s Premier League goalscoring sensation to join the club.
Presumably put there by a keen supporter of the northern side, a photo of the shirt, laid out on a bush, was uploaded to Twitter by the Leicester City striker’s fiancée:
