Pop heartthrob Horan reportedly struck up a friendship with some of the Chelsea players during his time in physiotherapy with the club’s medical team after a knee injury.

Cole, now with A.S. Roma, poked fun at himself by appearing slightly separated from the group as they celebrated the singer’s upcoming 21st birthday in London.

Veteran centre-back Terry posted the picture alongside a caption referring to “#thelurker”:
