Manchester City midfielder Javi García has bought himself a new pool table, covered in a tinged felt and bearing the player’s name and number.

The £15.8m transfer deadline day signing from Benfica, who has not featured for the club since damaging his thigh against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League earlier this season, probably needed something to do.
