A Twitter user going only by the name Jamie has had a viral hit with a deep house track sampling a selection of Mick McCarthy quotes.
“Give him a nudge and tell him to shut his gob” and “it’s not about one individual, it’s about the whole team – it’s got to be” are just some of the clips featured.

McCarthy has had two spells as Republic of Ireland boss as well as managing Millwall, Sunderland, Wolves and Ipswich at club level.
His playing career saw him represent Barnsley, Man City, Celtic and, for one season, French club Lyon.
