Everton have warned Sam Allardyce that he is just three wins away from the sack following a 5-1 defeat at Arsenal that left them poised on 31 points.

Speaking exclusively to Football Burp, Everton owner Farhad Moshiri laid down the gauntlet.

He said: “We remain supportive of Sam publicly, but just between you and me, three more wins and he’s had it.

“Then he can trundle off into the sunset with a wheelbarrow full of cash, and we can get back to lining up that bloke who got sacked by Watford.

“I’m only talking to you because Jim White doesn’t text me back anymore. Why doesn’t Jim White text me back anymore?”
