An XI comprised entirely of Manchester City full-backs will take part in this season’s EFL League 2, it has been confirmed.

The bizarre side is set to include new signings Kyle Walker, Benjamin Mendy and Danilo, as well as a cluster of unreliable former Arsenal players.

Aleksandar Kolarov has accepted a player-manager role for Man City Full-Backs XI, who get their season underway with a trip to Everton Central Midfielders XI.

Speaking exclusively to Football Burp, Pep Guardiola explained how he’s basically a football genius.
