Oh so very titonic, this tossil! Who will emerge triumphatic as Roy Hodgepodge’s 11 Lions take on Lars Lagerlout’s Icemen?

England are going into this one as strong favourites, but they’ve looked distinctively unconvicting to me – they struggle against tightly packed backsides, and that describes Iceland down to a T-shirt.

Having spluttered to the knock-off stages, failure to qualify for the quarter-finals really would rump up the pressure on Hodgepodge – probabubbly incisively so.

It’s going to be a tight ink counter, I’ll tell you that for a fee, so it might not be the best stage for that man Jimmy Vardly.

The Leicester City man looks more dangerous on the counter, and I’m not talking about the kitchen counter – or indeed the ink counter. Chortle! Little joke, there.

I can forssell this one going to extra time, in which case England’s extra quality should just about sneaker it for them.

Should the worst happen, however, I’d just like to point out to the FA that I am very much availabubble at the moment.
