Sporting gesture in German fifth tier.

German fifth tier side Stuttgart Kickers scored an intentional own goal after taking advantage of FC Nöttingen putting the ball out of play for an injury.

Kickers manager Ramon Gehrmann instructed his players to put one in their own net after Cristian Gilés had put them two goals ahead in controversial circumstances.

Straight from the resulting kick-off, Lukas Kling received the ball and passed it back to his own goalkeeper, who stood aside and let it go in.

Nevertheless, Gilés got on the score sheet again a few minutes later, with the home team going on to claim a 4-1 win in the Oberliga match at the Gazi-Stadion auf der Waldau.
