In this video a Sheffield United fan slides down an escalator at a London Underground station, on his way to The Valley for their League One clash with Charlton on Saturday, with disastrous consequences.

The over-exuberant supporter can suddenly be seen entering the shot amongst his singing companions on the moving stairwell, hurtling towards the bottom before crashing into one of the emergency stop signs and disappearing from view in what looks to be quite a nasty fall.
