A pitch invader slipped and spectacularly crashed into the electronic advertising boards behind one of the goals in the second-half of the FFA Cup final in Australia.
Craig Goodwin scored what turned out to be the winning goal in the 74th minute of Adelaide’s 2-1 win over Sydney after former Reading striker Adam le Fondre had levelled the scores earlier in the game.
One elated fan celebrated by taking off his shirt and running the entire length of the pitch.
An attendance of 14,448 watched as the man sprinted from the southern to the northern end of Coopers Stadium in Hindmarsh.
But the slippery surface got the better of him after an apparent attempt to hurdle the advertising boards.
Audible gasps can be heard from the crowd as the streaker slips feet first into them before being hauled away by stewards.
