Paraguay manager Eduardo Berizzo kicked the ball straight at Mexico boss Tata Martino’s head during a friendly match on Wednesday.
Just before half-time, Berizzo finds the ball coming towards him on the touchline and he kicks it in the direction of his former Newell’s Old Boys team-mate.
Tata Martino came out on top against former teammate Eduardo Berizzo as Mexico defeated Paraguay 4-2 in California.

It loops up and hits him on the head, leaving him with a cut on the nose – a moment which the commentator marks by yelling “BOOM!” on the replay.
Whether or not it was accidental is open to debate, given that Paraguay found themselves 3-0 down at the time.

Jonathan dos Santos gave Mexico the lead on six minutes, with a Gustavo Gómez own goal following shortly afterwards.
West Ham United striker Javier Hernández added another midway through the first half, but Paraguay hit back with second-half strikes from Hernán Pérez and Derlis González.

The visitors were also reduced to ten men when Newcastle United’s Miguel Almirón received a straight red card for a horror tackle.
Luis Montes went on to score in stoppage time to seal a 4-2 win for Mexico at the Levi’s Stadium.
