Brazilian Série C side Náutico’s Diego Claudino da Silva came on as a sub in the final moments of a match against Sergipe for one of the shortest appearances ever.

Náutico visited Série D Group 7 winners Sergipe at the Batistão in Aracaju on Wednesday for round two of the group stage of the 2019 Copa do Nordeste.

With the away side already 0-2 up, the final score, centre-back Diego replaced fellow defender Camutanga in the third minute of added time at the end of the second-half.

Just as as the substitute gets into position in the back line after running onto the pitch, the final whistle is blown to bring an end to the game.
