Charlton Athletic fan Keiron asked his AFC Wimbledon supporting girlfriend Lauren to marry him as the two sides met in the Checkatrade Trophy.
The couple were on the pitch as part of the half-time entertainment, which looked set to involve a blindfolded Lauren taking a shot at goal after spinning around three times.

In a surprise twist, the announcer removes her blindfold to reveal Keiron on one knee in front of her, drawing gasps of appreciation from the crowd.
AFC Wimbledon won 4-2 on penalties following a 2-2 draw at the Valley in the competition known also as the EFL Trophy.
Charlton “trial a new half time game” of blind folded penalties.
Confuses everyone and it turns out to be an elaborate marriage proposal. She said yes. Congratulations to them. #CAFC pic.twitter.com/CodpaqU9fh
