One fan videoed some extremely light security searches at Spurs before their clash with Bournemouth at White Hart Lane this weekend.

Tough measures have supposedly been put in place across Premier League grounds in order to prevent any kind of unwanted incident occurring during games.

But one member of the security team at Tottenham has been singled out on social media for his apparently less-than-thorough checks on supporters entering the stadium for the early kick-off on Saturday.

@Colin_Rowland @DJWalker11 Looks more like he is blessing them. 😂

UPDATE! The steward, said to have been employed by a contractor, will reportedly not work at White Hart Lane again.

.@Mr_CallumWright Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The contractor has apologised and we've taken action accordingly.
