Bundesliga reporter Archie Rhind-Tutt filmed himself trying out the slide at Wolfsburg’s Volkswagen Arena, and he was not impressed with the experience.

The freelance journalist gave us access to his own view of the descent, leaving the inescapable conclusion that it was meant for children.

He has to leverage himself downwards using his legs, with very little – if any – actual sliding involved.

As he walks away afterwards, he utters the word ‘disappointing’.
