A Norwegian journalist read out a Hammarby fan’s abusive tweet to new Vålerenga striker Viðar Örn Kjartansson at a press conference.

The Iceland international spent five months on loan at the Swedish club in 2019, but this time he opted for a permanent transfer to Norway.

Questioning him at a presser, the reporter said:

I read on Twitter today – there is plenty of fun there – and the Bajen fans they don’t like that you are here obviously.

For example, one guy writes directly to Vålerengens: “Norwegian whore kids from Vålerenga. How is it in Europe? Suck c**k, you seal f***ers.”
