BT Sport’s Ian Darke videoed himself commentating as he scores a goal in his back garden with the country in lockdown because of COVID-19.
While everyone is being told to stay at home there’s also no live football on TV while the season is suspended due to the coronavirus.

Darke kicks off the video:

He commentates as he dribbles around the yard before striking the ball into an empty net.
And then encourages us to “try to stay sane” during this difficult time.
